Donated TATA Winger Van to Guru Asra Special School, Punjab

Provided TATA WINGER Vehicle to facilitate “Pick & Drop”

Allengers Care Foundation facilitated Guru Asra Special School (a school for mentally challenged and handicapped children in the society) based at Kandala, Punjab, a seed sown by Dr. B.S. Chavan, Director Principal, GMCH Sector 32, Chandigarh, with a Tata Winger vehicle to help and facilitate “pick & drop” of the children from their homes to school and vice versa so that regularity and punctuality will remain maintained.

Earlier, this was managed by public transport and autos, which was time-consuming and a struggle for an individual to reach the school. Allengers Care Foundation purchased this vehicle, Tata Winger, to help and support the school to continue and increase their outreach to more such children nearby.

The maintenance of the vehicle and the driver’s salary are being borne by ACF. Also, school uniforms along with material required for school children are being provided regularly.
